It is with deepest regret the Bloxom Volunteer Fire Company and the Northampton County Department of EMS announces the line of duty death of FF/ EMT-E David Raymond Chew Jr. on July 16^th, 2012.

A funeral service will be held at the Metompkin Elementary School in Parksley at 1300 Friday July 20^th. Burial with full fire fighter honors will follow in the Parksley Cemetery.

Following the service, a reception will be held at the Bloxom Volunteer Fire Station.
